X-RTK radio for the AFS VectorPro™ / PLM Cygnus™ / S-Tech A

This section is only applicable with vehicles that use the AFS VectorPro™, PLM Cygnus™, or S-Tech A 1000 receiver.
Wiring harness part number 51526151 is required for this installation.
1. Install the correct antenna (1) for your application;
make sure that the gasket (2) is in place, and the
antenna connection makes contact.
2. Install the rod (2) on the top of the antenna, and then
tighten the set screw.
3. Disconnect the receiver wiring harness (1) from the
AFS VectorPro PLM Cygnus S-Tech A 1000 GNSS re-
ceiver and the tractor on the cab roof.
4. Remove and retain the wiring harness.
5. Clean the area of the cab roof directly behind the re-
ceiver, as shown Figure 3.
6. Temporarily place the magnetic base of the radio mod-
ule on the mounting plate and install the wiring harness.
• Position the radio module on the cab roof on the flat
area directly behind the receiver.
• Make sure that the wiring harness reaches the bulk-
head receptacle (A) on the cab roof, the connector
(B) on the radio module, and the receptacle (C) on
the rear of the receiver.
7. Mark the location on the roof to attach the mounting
plate, and then remove the components from the cab
roof.
8. Remove the mounting plate from the radio module.
