This section is only applicable with vehicles that use the AFS 392, NH 392, or STEYR 392 receiver.
Wiring harness part number ZTN113295 is required for this installation.
1. Install the correct antenna (1) for your application;
make sure that the gasket (2) is in place, and the
antenna connection makes contact.
2. Install the rod (2) on the top of the antenna, and then
tighten the set screw.
3. Clean the area of the cab roof directly behind the re-
ceiver.
4. Temporarily place the magnetic base of the radio mod-
ule on the mounting plate and install the wiring harness.
• Position the radio module on the cab roof in the de-
sired location.
• Make sure that the wiring harness reaches the port
on the rear right-hand side of the receiver.
5. Mark the location on the roof to attach the mounting
plate, and then remove the components from the cab
roof.
6. Remove the mounting plate from the radio module.
7. Remove the plastic film (1) over the adhesive on the
plate, and then install the plate at the marked location
on the cab roof.
8. Place the radio module onto the mounting plate, and
then attach the connector (1) to the second port on the
receiver (2).
9. Check the reception of the radio antenna.
