The guarantee does not cover:
• Parts worn by normal/natural use.
• Non-functioning
or
interruptions in the electrical power supply in
the place where the TRAMONTINA cooktop is
installed or from voltage fluctuations greater
than what is established in this Manual.
• Damaged parts due to transport or handling
accidents, dented, scratched or acts and effects
of nature, such as atmospheric discharges, rain,
floods, etc.
• Transportation to the final place of installation,
parts, materials and labor for the preparation of
the place where the TRAMONTINA cooktop will
be installed, such as: electrical network, ground
connection, masonry, furniture, etc.
• Abnormal
operation

• Warranty assistance will be provided upon
delivery of the product to the nearest Tramontina
Authorized Service.
• In locations not served by the Authorized
Services
network,

accident risks borne by the customer owner.
• Expenses derived from the installation of parts

TRAMONTINA TEEC S.A. reserves the right to
alter the general, technical and aesthetic
characteristics without prior notice.
• The warranty is valid only for products sold and
used in the Brazilian territory.
• This product was tested and controlled by
specialized personnel before leaving the factory,
in order to guarantee the best operating results.
• The original replacement parts are found in the
Authorized Services Network.

All the spare parts with vice or defect of
manufacture, confirmed by TRAMONTINA
TEEC S.A. or by the Authorized Service,
always within the warranty period, will be
replaced free of charge. There is no change of
