Cleaning
Clean and disinfect the rollator at regular intervals, e.g., daily. Before passing the rollator on to
another person, thorough cleaning and disinfection are mandatory. Use a mild soapy solution
without abrasive additives and a soft cloth. Disinfection can be done using commercial products
according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents or
high-pressure or steam cleaners! Make sure no dirt accumulates on the tires or brakes. This can
be removed with a soft brush and warm water.
Maintenance
The Actimo® Basic XXL rollator should be serviced annually by your dealer.
This involves checking the stability of the frame, the strength of the mountable parts, and the
tightness of all screws, and making adjustments if necessary.
All screws must be tightened. Worn, damaged, or broken parts must be replaced immediately.
Functional issues:
If you notice a decrease in brake force, wheel stiffness, uneven wheel running, or other
malfunctions, such as rust on the frame, contact your dealer. Do not use a defective or damaged
rollator!
Reuse
The rollator is suitable for reuse. Before passing it on to another user, the rollator must undergo
inspection, cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance by the dealer.
If parts of the rollator are damaged or destroyed, they must be replaced with new ones. It is
recommended to replace the wheels with each change of user. Tighten all loosened screws and
nuts.
The product must be in perfect condition before recommissioning.
It is prohibited to reuse the rollator if irreparable damage to the rollator, such as a bent frame, is
detected!
The user manual must be handed over with each change of user.
