4. The oven will automatically turn off when cooking is finished and the shutdown will be
accompanied by an audible signal.
5. In case the food inside the oven has already reached the desired level of cooking before the
expiry of the previously set timer, return the timer knob to "0" position to turn off the oven.
6. To get better cooking performance, it is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10-15
minutes before putting food inside.
COOKING WITH BROILER (solo Mod. D2DFE03IRRO / D2DFE03IRVE)
The rotating broiler function can be activated by turning the operating knob to position 6 or 7, which
also include the "Heating of the upper and lower zones" of the resistors, while position 7 includes
the VENTILATION FUNCTION.
1. Insert the clamp of the broiler with the pointed part inward.
2. Place the roast spit inside the food you want to roast.
3. Insert the other clamp at the opposite end of the spit making sure that the pointed part is
facing inwards.
4. Attach both pliers to the spit by screwing the appropriate screws.
5. Check that the food is centred on the spit.
6. Insert the ends of the spit into the appropriate slots inside the oven.
7. Set the cooking type selection knob to "Broiler" or to "Ventilation and Broiler", the roast spit
will begin to rotate.
8. Set the timer to the desired cooking time.
9. At the end of cooking, turn the timer to the "OFF" position.
10. To remove the spit, place the hooks on the handle sideways under the grooves on both sides
of the spit, first raise the left side of the spit and extract it, then remove the spit from its place
and carefully remove the food from the spit and place it on a cutting board or plate.
