Possible Cause
You have a function error code.
If the function code repeats.
Router issues, no wireless signal, etc.
Your oven is not connected to your new router but is
still connected to your old router.
Oven is not connected.
Wi-Fi board is off.
Remote enable is off.
The inner oven glass is coated with a heat barrier to
reflect the heat back into the oven to prevent heat
loss and keep the outer door cool while baking.
The door is out of position.
The drawer is out of alignment
Drawer is over-loaded or load is unbalanced.
Rear drawer support is on top of the guide rail.
Burner size is too small for the cookware
Flame size is too large for the cookware
In some areas the heating value of the gas may be
low
What To Do
Press the Cancel pad. Allow the oven to cool and then put
the oven back into operation.
Press the Cancel pad.
Disconnect all power to the oven for at least 30 seconds
and then reconnect power. If the function error code
repeats again, call for service.
Check with your internet provider or your wireless router
to ensure there are no issues.
Disconnect your oven and reconnect to the new router.

Because the oven door is removable, it sometimes gets
out of position during installation. To straighten the door,
re-install the door. See the Care and Cleaning – Exterior

Fully extend the drawer and push it all the way in See the
Care and Cleaning – Exterior Surfaces – Storage Drawer
section.
Reduce weight. Redistribute drawer contents.
Reposition the drawer. See the See the Care and

The flame size on a burner should match the size of the
cookware being used. See the Gas Cooktop - Selecting a
Flame Size section
The flame size on a burner should match the size of the
cookware being used. Flames larger than the bottom of

Cover pan with a lid until desired heat is obtained.
