4. INSTALLATION
Step 1:
Position your fridge slide making sure the release handle is facing the direction you want
the slide to pull out and you are able to fully open the fridge when the slide is fully
extended.
Step 2:
Extend the slide slowly to expose the pre-drilled mounting
holes, by pushing up the release handle until you feel a
click and fridge tray is released.
Step 3:
Mark out your drill holes by using the slide as your template, you will probably need some-
one to help you with this as you need to extend the slide to access the holes.
Your fridge slide has thirteen holes predrilled into the frame to use for securing to your
vehicle's floor or drawer top. You only need to use six evenly spaced holes to fit your
slide, just make sure you have two at the front, two in the middle and two at the back
of the slide.
Step 4:
lf you are fixing your slide to a timber drawer system you will need to drill 8mm holes to
accommodate the threaded T-Nuts. The T-Nuts should be inserted from underneath the
board so the angled teeth cut into the board as the screw is tightened from above.
lf you are fixing your slide to steel plate you will need to drill 6.5-7mm holes and fasten
from underneath using Nyloc nuts and spring washers.
