Step 5:
Once you have the holes drilled you can put your slider in place and begin installing the
fasteners. This will be a lot easier if you start from the back and move outwards as the first
screws will keep the slider from moving while you fix the other screws.
The slider has to move smoothly. If it does not, then you may need to loosen some screws
to remove any warping. This can happen when mounting a slider onto a carpeted surface.
Step 6:
Now you can install the fridge on the tray. Ensure that the refrigerator is placed in the correct
position on the drawer so that it fits into the positioning slots. Fix the fridge to the slide
drawer securely, using the supplied tie down straps secured to the tie down points on the
drawer. Check that the straps are secured tightly
Step 7:
Once the fridge is installed check that it is still sliding smoothly.
There are two locks to stop your slider moving when it is stowed away, the left hand side has
a small flip over latch that stops the fridge moving if something goes wrong with the press
lock. The press lock on the right hand side with the blue rubber cover will lock the slide when
it is stowed away and when it is fully extended. Simply squeeze it to unlock.
4.1 Installation Tips:
•The total load capacity when fully extended is 120kg, try and keep below this limit for
safety and product longevity.
•lf you are drilling into a metal floor use an anti-rust protection on the bare metal to avoid
rust.
•lf you wish to mount directly to a ute tray or 4WD floor pan there is a risk of puncturing
wiring or the fuel tank. Please consult a professional before attempting this.
•Check that you are able to fully open your fridge when the slide is extended in the
location chosen before drilling any holes.
•Check that your fridge wiring is not going to interfere with the slide operation.
•Be careful if you are parked on a slope when releasing the slide as it can come out with
a lot of force.
