GUARANTEE POLICY
Euroquip warrants its equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
12-month period from the date of the equipment purchase invoice.
This guarantee will not be valid in the following cases:
a) When the equipment has been used under conditions other than normal.
b) When the equipment has not been operated in accordance with the instructions for use that
accompanies.
c) When the equipment has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by the
manufacturer, importer or marketer.
d) When the equipment has su ered damage due to ooding, re, collapse or other acts of
nature; if the equipment is subjected to strong chemical action, poor water quality or
that has an altered or missing serial number.
e) When the equipment has su ered damage during shipping, loading maneuvers,
download, transfer and delivery of the same, which must be attributable to the company
carrier.
f) When the equipment fails and it is due to an incorrect installation.
g) When the equipment has not been properly maintained.
h) When the equipment has been subjected to abnormal storage conditions.
This warranty is subject to the following clauses:
1. This warranty is limited to products sold by Euroquip and its authorized distributors.

2. This warranty does not apply to any product that has not been installed in accordance with the
national and local codes and in accordance with the instructions published in the
corresponding installation and operation.
3. Proper installation, initial check-up, air regulator adjustments, maintenance

responsibility of the dealer, owner-user or installation contractor, not of

5. Euroquip does not recommend or authorize the use of any equipment in a non-commercial application,
including but not limited to residential use. The use or installation of equipment in an application does not
commercial cancels any liability for damages, costs and legal action resulting
use or installation of the equipment in any non-commercial environment.
6. The labor, parts, and components used for the repair or replacement of the
equipment will have no cost to the customer as long as the warranty period
stipulated in this policy has not been terminated and will cover the necessary expenses

to. Euroquip will bear the normal labor costs incurred in the repair or
replacement of a piece of equipment guaranteed within 45 kilometers of a
authorized service technician. Shipping costs, and travel expenses that exceed 45
kilometers will be the responsibility of the person or company requesting the service.
7. The defective parts or equipment will be replaced in the form of an exchange, since
either with new or repaired material (with prior consent of the client) with the same level
of operation, that of the piece or equipment. All items replaced during the
provision of services will become the property of Euroquip, and new parts or parts
replacement will become the property of the customer.
To operate the iron:
• To light the pilots, you must remove the iron and apply direct fire, so it is
recommended that once you light the pilots, don´t turn them off until you are
going to stop using the equipment for a long time.
• To light the burners once the pilot lights are running, just turn the knob for the
desired burner.
To operate the surface burners:
• Verify that all surface burner valves are closed.
• Turn on the pilots following the instructions in the section "To light the pilots"
in this manual.
• Then turn the corresponding burner knob counterclockwise until it lights,
wait three seconds and verify that the burner is on.
• Verify that the flames are blue, otherwise disassemble the burner, removing
the grill and proceed to adjust the air flow by loosening the screw that is placed
at the end of the burner and turning the air regulator to the position where the
flame turns blue.
To use the grill:
• The stove has a compartment at the bottom of the griddle, to be used as a grill,
for this you will have to light the burners of the griddle as explained in the
section dedicated to it.
• The compartment has three levels of approach to graduate the heat that will
be applied to the product.
To light the pilots:
• Close the burner valves.
• Open the bypass valve installed after the gas regulator.
• Wait 10 seconds for the gas line to feed.
• Apply direct flame to the pilot you want to light.
• Adjust the pilot valve screw, located in front of the equipment, until the flame
is satisfactory in case the flame is very small.
• Turn the burner knob and make sure it burns.
• Repeat the steps for each burner you want to light.
• In the event that following these steps the burner or pilot does not light,
don´t use that burner and request a service.
