Warning: Carefully read the "Safety instructions" booklet and this user manual
before using your appliance for the first time.
Important: The device will only start up if the cover (A5) and the head (A3) are closed.
If you open the cover (A5) and/or the head (A3) when the appliance is running, it
will stop working immediately. Return the control button to position 0, then close the
cover and/or the head. Turn on the appliance by selecting the desired speed. In the
event of a power failure, turn the control button back to "0".
In "0" position , your product is in "off" mode with power consumption of 0.0W.
BEFORE FIRST USE

• Before first use, wash all accessories with soap and water. Rinse and dry.
• Place the appliance on a flat, clean and dry surface, and make sure that the speed selector dial
(A1) is in position "0". Then plug in your appliance.
• The device has several modes of operation (see diagrams A1):
- Intermittent setting (pulse):
In this position, the device will pulse at maximum speed, giving you better control when
preparing certain foods.
- Continuous setting:
Turn the speed selector dial to the desired position from "1" to "8", depending on the food
you are preparing.
• To stop the appliance, turn the selector (A1) back to "0".
1 - DOUGH HOOK (C1) MIXER (C2) BALLOON WHISK (C3)
Depending on the food you are preparing, the stainless steel bowl (B1) and its lid (B2) enable you
to prepare up to 1.8 kg of light mixture.
1.1 – ASSEMBLY
Follow diagrams 1.1 to 1.4.
1.2 – USAGE, TIPS AND DISASSEMBLY
• Start by turning the speed selector dial (A1) to the desired speed according to the recipe.
• You can add food through the opening in the lid (B2) during preparation.
• To stop the appliance, turn the selector (A1) back to "0".
Tips:
DOUGH HOOK (maximum operating time: 13 mins)
- Use the dough hook (C1) at speeds "1" to "2". You can knead up to 500 g of flour (e.g.
white bread, whole grain bread, shortcrust pastry, sweet shortcrust party etc.).
MIXER (maximum operating time: 13 mins)
- Use the mixer (C2) at a speed between "1" and "8".
- You can mix up to 1.8 kg of light mixture (pound cake, biscuits, etc.).
- Never use the mixer (C2) to knead heavy dough or fresh pasta dough (lasagna, rigatoni,
bigoli etc.).

BALLOON WHISK (maximum operating time: 10 mins)
- Use the balloon whisk (C3) at a speed between "1" and "8".
- You can prepare: mayonnaise, aioli, sauces, beaten egg whites (one to ten egg whites),
Chantilly cream (up to 500 ml) etc.
- Never use the balloon whisk (C3) to knead or mix light mixtures.
Disassembly:
Wait for the appliance to come to a complete stop and dismantle in the opposite
way to the assembly instructions, following diagrams 1.4 to 1.1.
2 – BLENDER JUG (D)*
Depending on the nature of the food, you can use the blender jug (D) to prepare up to 1.25 L of
thick mixtures and 1 L of liquid mixtures:
2.1 – ASSEMBLY
Follow diagrams 6, and 2.1 to 2.3.
2.2 – USAGE, TIPS AND DISASSEMBLY
• Start by turning the speed selector dial (A1) to the desired position (from "7" to "8" or "Pulse")
according to the recipe. For a smoother mixture, use the "Pulse" position.
• You can add food through the opening in the lid (D2) during preparation.
Tips:
• You can prepare:
- finely blended soups, veloutés, compotes, milkshakes, cocktails.
- light mixtures (pancakes, fritters, clafoutis, Far Breton etc.).
• You can make crushed ice (maximum 6 ice cubes/20 pulses).
• If ingredients stick to the sides of the jug when mixing, stop the appliance—making sure it has
come to a complete stop—and remove the blender jug. Push the mixture down onto the blades
using a spatula and then put your blender jug back to continue processing.
• Do not put hot food over 80°C into the blender.
Disassembly:
Wait until the appliance has come to a complete stop to remove the blender jug,
and then follow the assembly diagrams in reverse — 6, and 2.3 to 2.1.
3 – MINCER HEAD (F)*
3.1 – ASSEMBLY
Follow diagram 6 and then 3.1 to 3.3.
3.2 – USAGE, TIPS AND DISASSEMBLY
• Switch the appliance on by turning the speed selector dial (A1) to speed "6".
• Put the meat down the funnel piece by piece using the pusher (F7). Never use your fingers or
utensils to push ingredients down the funnel.
- You can mince up to 3 kg of meat. Maximum operating time: 10 mins.
Tips:
- Prepare the entire quantity of food to be minced (removing any bones, gristle and tendons
from the meat, and cutting it into approximately 2×2-cm pieces).
- Make sure that the meat is fully thawed.
Disassembly:
Wait for the appliance to come to a complete stop and dismantle in the opposite
way to the assembly instructions — following diagrams 6, then 3.3 to 3.1.
