5. OPERATIONS FOR OTHER EQUIPMENTS
OPERATING OTHER EQUIPMENT USING THIS UNIT'S REMOTE CONTROL
The remote control unit can be used to operate your
PIONEER products and other manufacturers audio/
video equipment (VCR, TV, LD player, CD player,
etc.).
Perform the following procedure to enable opera-
tion of other manufacturers equipment.

When a 3-digit code num-
ber is input, the power
ON/OFF signal will be sent
from the remote control
unit. If the power of the
device turns ON or OFF by
this signal, it means that
the code has been set
properly. If the power does
not turn ON or OFF, input
another code. If the num-
ber button is not pressed
for 30 seconds, the set-
ting will be canceled.
