The X.8000 enables you to communicate with vehicle ECUs using interchangeable pods, supported
by a continuous development programme, in order to carry out fault diagnosis.
It includes :
- A 4-line, 20 character, back-lit display.
- 5 command keys.
- Memory capacity for up to 100 screens.
- Possibility to display 4 different component values chosen by the user from those being transmitted
by the ECU.
- Compatibility with older pods from X.800 (2-line display).
- An optional PC connector allowing tests to be saved or printed. (option)

USE

Detailed operating instructions supplied with each pod provide
2 .1 Connection of the software pod
Make sure that the lug on the pod locates into the slot on the underside of the handset.
2 .2 Connection of the cable
Connect the cable supplied with the pod to the 7 pin DIN socket on the top end of the
handset.
