3.3 LIFTING OPERATION FROM VERTICAL TO HORIZONTAL
1. Hang the HV system at the Horizon-
tal eyelet to a crane or a suitable hoist
3. Press the stops firmly against the
lower edge of the workpiece. (Fig.1)
Turn ON the magnet (FX operating
instructions)
Lift the load by a few Centimeters and
check on device if the load is held
securely
2. Proceed the HV system to the
workpiece you want to lift Position the
magnet according to the workpiece
size so that the center of gravity of
the Workpiece in a horizontal position
is about centrally located below the
magnet.
Insert the bolts and the Safety pin
(Fig.2.4)
4. Raise the workpiece and check the
vertical position. If necessary, correct
this by moving the boom at secured
load. (Fig. 3)
