Lifting tables in continuous operation or in a particularly polluted environment must be serviced more of-
ten.
An additional check is required after replacement of safety-relevant parts during maintenance work.

Damage to property, wear and tear
Maintenance work may only be carried out by qualified personnel or per-

sonnel trained for this purpose.
Regular maintenance and care extends the service life.

To ensure maintenance work by possible maintenance contracts with a

contractual partner of the company Ravaglioli S.p.A..
Maintenance activities
Test:
Perfect operation of the controls
Visual inspection:
Type / Note / Warning labels / Safety stickers
Safety devices
Check foot pedal function and condition.
Check the running of the lifting carriage rollers.
If available, check sliding pieces and grease them with multi-
purpose grease.
Cleaning (→7.6) More often in case of particularly polluted
environment/continuous operation.
If available, grease sliding pieces with multi-purpose grease.
Test:
Check the track of the sliding rollers for wear.
If available, check sliding pieces and grease them with multi-
purpose grease.
Check foot pedal function and condition.
Visual inspection of welds
Greasing the threads
In particularly polluted environments/continuous operation
more often.
Oil level control (→7.8)
Check fastening screws with torque
