Bluetooth Mode
The Oakcastle CD250 can be paired via Bluetooth with a device such as a phone, a
tablet or a similar device to play audio from via the speakers.
While in 'CD' Mode, press and hold down the 'Stop/Bluetooth' (Ref.9) button for 2
seconds to change into Bluetooth Mode. The display will flash 'BT' indicating that the
Oakcastle CD250 is now in Bluetooth mode. The LED light indicator will flash a red
light to indicate that the unit is searching for a device.
Ensure the device you are about to connect the CD250 with has its Bluetooth
connectivity switched on. If this is the first time your device is being paired with the
Oakcastle CD250, search for available devices on your list and select the 'Oakcastle
CD250' to pair with. Once successfully connected, the CD250 will sound a short beep.
You can now start playing audio from your device via the Oakcastle CD250 speakers.
Controls and functions in Bluetooth Mode
While in Bluetooth Mode, some of the CD250 buttons can be used such as:

The 'Next/Forward' (Ref.15) button - Press to skip and play the next track.
•
The 'Back'/Previous' (Ref.14) button - Press to skip and play the previous track.
•
The 'Play/Pause' (Ref.13) button - Press this button to pause or play audio.
•
The 'Volume' (Ref.7) button - Adjust the volume level.
•
Note: The volume level is also influenced by the one set on your device. Ensure this
is set as per your preferences.
Press and hold down the 'Stop/Bluetooth' (Ref.9) button for 2-3 seconds, to switch
back to CD Mode.
Note: The Oakcastle CD250 Bluetooth mode is not compatible with earbuds.
