CD Mode
Playing CDs
Using the 'Switch' button at the back of the unit (Ref.3), change the mode into CD
Mode. The display screen will show 'CD' indicating that the unit is set now in CD
Mode.
Lift up the CD compartment lid gently (Ref.2) to insert a disc.
Position the CD with the label oriented to the outer side, then insert the disc into the
CD compartment (Ref.1) and close the lid. The Oakcastle CD250 will read the inserted
CD within seconds and automatically start playing the first audio track.
Note: Supported disc formats are CD/CD, MP3/CD-R/CD-RW.
Controls and functions in CD Mode
Press the 'Play/Pause' (Ref.13) button to pause. Press once again to continue
•
playing.
Press the 'Stop/Bluetooth' (Ref.10) button once to stop playing the CD. The
•
display will indicate 'CD' Mode and the total number of tracks. Lift the CD
compartment lid to remove the CD or replace. Alternatively, press 'Play/Pause'
(Ref.13) to start playing.
Press the 'Next/Forward' (Ref.15) button to skip and start playing the next track.

Press the 'Back/Previous' (Ref.14) button to skip and play the previous track.
The 'Repeat' button (Ref.9) can only be used in CD mode while playing a CD to
•
repeat a single song, the entire CD, or set repeat OFF.
Repeat one song: Press the 'Repeat' button once to repeat the song currently
•
playing. The CD250 display will show flash 'Repeat' indicating that the feature is
activated.
Repeat the entire CD: Press once again the 'Repeat' button to repeat the entire
•
CD currently playing. The CD250 will show 'Repeat' on the display screen,
indicating that the CD is now set to repeat the entire CD.
Cancel Repeat: Press to cancel repeat function already set. The 'Repeat' message
•
will no longer appear on the screen. Alternatively, press and release the 'Repeat'
button to cycle through the available options of Repeat, Repeat All or Repeat Off.
While in CD Mode, press and hold down the 'Stop/Bluetooth' button for 2 seconds
•
to change the mode in Bluetooth.
