Fast blinking: Indicates that the currently recorded video is locked.
Long bright: Indicates that recording is currently stopped.
Note: The microphone is integrated on the wired control, please be sure to place the wired control where
there is no interference, so that video and audio can be recorded at the same time.
5, Power Cable
Powered with USB Cable
The package comes with a USB power cable. If your motorcycle has a USB port, the motorcycle dash
cam can be powered directly from the motorcycle's USB port.
Through the USB power cable, you can also use a power bank or your phone's charging adapter to
power the motorcycle dash cam.
Note: If using this power supply method, please ensure that the output of the power supply is 5V/2A. If
the output current of the power supply cannot reach 2A, the control unit will not work properly. If the
output voltage of the power supply is higher than 5V, the excessive voltage will destroy the control unit.
Powered with ACC Cable
The package comes with a power cable that reduces the voltage from 12/24V to 5V. The ACC cable is
connected to the ignition control cable of the motorcycle, the BAT cable is connected to the positive pole
of the motorcycle battery, and the GND cable is connected to the negative pole of the motorcycle
battery.
Cable Color: The color corresponding to the ACC cable is red, the color corresponding to the BAT cable
is yellow, and the color corresponding to the GND cable is black.
Warm Tips: Since this power supply method involves the electrical structure of the motorcycle, and it
takes a lot of time to lay out the cables on the motorcycle. We recommend that you use the USB power
supply method to test the motorcycle dash cam first, and then use this power supply method after
ensuring that the motorcycle dash cam can work normally.
6, External GPS Module
The GPS module can record the riding route and riding speed. Please place it in an open space for
better reception of satellite signals. It should be noted that the GPS module is not a navigator, it has no
