11.Warranty and service
This product is under the warranty period from the time of purchase, under normal use
conditions confirmed by us due to quality problems failure and damage, we will repair,
replace or return for you free of charge according to the situation. The warranty period
begins with the first purchase of the product and is subject to the date of receipt of the
invoice
The foregoing warranty does not apply to failure or damage caused by:
1、Misuse, abuse or improper transportation, maintenance or custody, including but not
limited to use, storage or maintenance under inappropriate temperature, humidity or other
improper environmental conditions;
2、Force majeure or accidents and other non-human controllable causes;
3、Repair or dismantle without authorization by personnel of the company;
4、Use in a manner that violates the instructions for use of the product;
5、The accumulated mileage of the car body has exceeded 2,000 kilometers. Normal wear
and tear or aging problems that occur during the use of the product are not covered by the
warranty. If the original identification label of the product is changed or damaged, this
warranty will be void.
