Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it. Wait for the iron to
completely cool down before putting it away.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the
reach of children and pets.
• Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when
it is not in use for an extended period of time.
Possible Cause
• The water tank is
empty.
• The water tank
is not properly
attached.
• The Steam button
was pressed when
the indicator light
was blue.
• The Steam button
was not pressed long
enough.
• The water tank is
overfilled.
• The water tank lid
was not properly
closed.
• The steamer was
used horizontally.
• The water tank is
empty.
• The steamer was not
used for a long time.
There is air in the
water pipe.
• Steam was applied
directly on the
metal accessory.

Solution
• Unplug the steamer and fill the water
tank.
• Reattach the water tank.
• Press the Steam button when the
indicator light is red.
• Press and hold the Steam button for a
few seconds.
• Ensure the water level does not exceed
the "MAX" level mark.
• Close the water tank lid correctly.
• Always hold the steamer vertically. It
is designed for vertical steaming only.
• Check the water level in the water tank.
• This is normal and should stop quickly
with normal use.
• Do not steam directly on metal
accessories. Steam the fabric around it.
