Flexible induction area
• This area can be used either as one large cook top or as two individual cook tops,
depending on what you need to cook with.
• The flexible area consists of two independent inductors that can be operated
separately. If you use the flexible area as a large hob, it will perform the same
everywhere when you place a saucepan on it. The part on which the pot is not
standing is automatically switched off.
Examples of good and bad positioning of the pots:
Note: Make sure that the cookware is in the centre of each small hob, even if you are
using the flexible induction area. If the cookware is oval, rectangular or very long,
make sure that you place it on the flexible induction area so that both crosses (each in
the centre of the small hob) are covered. The cookware must cover more than ¾ of the
heating area. Placing a round pot in the middle is not recommended.
