SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
SAFETY IN THE WORK AREA
1. Keep the working area clean and well-lit; an untidy and poorly lit working area can lead to
accidents. Do not use the pruning shears in explosive, flammable or damp environments.
2. Keep CHILDREN and bystanders away before operating the mower to avoid accidental injury
due to distraction.
SAFETY IN THE WORK AREA
1. The battery socket on the mower must be compatible with the plug on the power
cord, do not modify the plug and socket.
2. Do not expose the pruning shear to rain, damp environment, water or any other moisture
that presents a risk of electric shock.
3. Do not use the power cord incorrectly. Do not lift or pull the mower by the power cord.
4. Keep the mower away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
SECURITY
1. Stay alert while operating the mower. Do not operate the mower when you are tired or under
the influence of drugs or alcohol.
2. Use protective devices, always wear safety goggles, as well as other safety tools such
as dust mask, non-slip boots, hard hat and hearing protection devices to reduce the
risk of injury.
3. Before turning on the mower, be sure to remove all adjusting tools and wrenches. Tools left on
the rotating parts of the mower may cause injury.
4. Do not overreach when operating the mower, keep both hands away from the cutting
area.
5. Under no circumstances place your hands under the branches, at the same time make sure that you
do not place them under the branches.
Ensure that the surface and underside of the branches are free of any material that could be
damaged by the cutting edges. Always maintain balance and control of the mower in all
situations.
6. Dress properly, do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair, clothing and sleeves
away from the mower. Loose clothing, accessories and long hair can become entangled with
the moving parts of the mower.
