Remove the grease collection tray. Clean it in hot water using a mild detergent. Rinse and dry. The
grease collection tray is dishwasher safe.

Wipe the grill plate with a soft damp cloth to remove food residues. Then wash the grill plate with a
soft sponge or nylon brush and mild detergent. Rinse gently and dry carefully.
·
Wipe the adjustable thermostat, the outside of the appliance and clean the gutter around the grill
plate carefully with a soft, damp cloth.
·
Never submerge the appliance, the electric cord or the plug into water or another liquid.
·
Do not use chemicals, abrasives or steel wool to clean the non-stick plate or other parts of the
appliance.
·
After cleaning, store the device in a dry and clean place.
