Sit on the seat and slide it all the way forward - towards the tank. Grip the central pulling handle from above. Make sure to sit
straight (back should be upright). Now start slowly extending your legs, and when they are slightly extended, move the handles
with gripped handles back until your legs are almost fully extended. The back should not straighten completely but remain
slightly curved. Now, redirect the central pulling handle forward and bend your legs back into the initial position.
WORKOUT FREQUENCY
Start with 5 minutes of exercise per day, twice a week. Increase the frequency and duration after a few weeks. As an advanced
trainee, you can train 3 to 4 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes per workout day.
Caution: Consult with your doctor before exercising, and stop exercising immediately if you become dizzy
or feel unwell.
TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE: Water changes color or becomes cloudy.
ISSUE: The strap does not stay attached to the wheels.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
We provide a warranty for our devices in accordance with the following conditions:
1. In accordance with the following conditions (numbers 2-5), we will repair damages or defects on the device, which can
be proven to be based on manufacturing defects, if reported to the end user immediately upon discovery and within 12
months of delivery. The warranty does not apply to easily breakable parts, such as glass or plastic. The warranty obligation
does not arise: with minor deviations from the target state that are insignificant for the value and usability of the device;
damage due to chemical and electrochemical effects; due to water ingress and generally due to force majeure.
2. The warranty is carried out by repairing or replacing defective parts at our discretion with free parts. We bear the costs for
materials and labor. On-site repairs cannot be requested. Proof of purchase with the purchase date and/or delivery must
be provided. Replaced parts become our property.
3. The warranty expires if repairs or interventions are carried out by unauthorized persons or if our devices are equipped
with accessories or equipment that do not match our devices. Additionally, if the device is affected by force majeure or
has been damaged or destroyed due to environmental influences, in case of damage due to improper handling, especially
disregarding the instructions for use or maintenance, or if the device shows any mechanical damage. After telephone con-
sultation with us, we may allow the repair or replacement of parts sent to you. In this case, the warranty does not expire.
4. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period and do not trigger a new warranty period.
5. Additional or different claims, especially for compensation for damage that has occurred outside the device, are excluded
unless liability is mandatory by law.
6. Our warranty conditions, which include the requirements and scope of our terms of business, do not affect the contractual
warranty obligations of the seller.
7. Warranty does not apply to consumable parts.
NOTES ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
After the end of the life of this product, it should not be disposed of as normal household waste but should be
taken to a collection point for recycling electrical and electronic equipment. This is indicated on the product,
user manual, or packaging. Materials can be recycled according to their labeling. By reusing, recycling, or other
forms of recycling old devices, you significantly contribute to environmental protection. Please ask the munic-
ipal administration where the competent office for the disposal of such products is located.
