Possible cause
No or Low battery power
On/off button is not pressed down
Brushroll is entangled
Dirty water tank full
Battery pack not assembled properly
Suction inlet blocked
Battery pack is not in place
Suction inlet blocked
No HEPA assembled
Suction inlet blocked
No HEPA assembled
Clean water tank empty
Water spray button not pressed
Clean water tank not assembled
properly
Metal filter is not assembled in the
dirty water tank
Soft plastic folds under the filter
HEPA filter put to use without fully
dry
Solution
Recharge and use in time
Press down on/off button
Clean brushroll in time
Clean dirty water tank
Reassemble battery pack
Clean suction inlet and filter
Install the battery pack
Clean suction inlet and filter
Assemble HEPA
Clean suction inlet and filter
Assemble HEPA
Fill clean water tank
Press water spray button
Reassemble clean water tank
Assemble metal filter in dirty water
tank
Reassemble the filter, the soft glue
must not be folded
Dry the HEPA filter after washing
before use
