If there are dangers and risks during operation which are not linked directly to the clip-
ping of the animals, please let us know. This also applies to technical defects which cause
danger.

• Only charge the original rechargeable batteries as indicated on the charger label. Other
types of batteries may explode, causing injuries and damage.
• Protect the charger from moisture and humidity.
• To prevent damage to cables and plugs, disconnect the charger cable only by pulling the
plug head. Do not unplug it from the wall outlet by pulling the cable.
• Lay the cable securely so that no one steps on it or trips over it and the cable takes no
damage. Damaged cable should only be replaced by a qualified technician. Do not use
the charger if the cable is damaged.
• Using an attachment not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may result in fire,
electric shock, or personal injury.
• If the unit was dropped, struck or otherwise damaged, take it to a qualified service
technician for inspection.
• Do not disassemble the battery charger or module yourself. If maintenance or repair is
required, take it to a qualified technician. Incorrect assembly may result in fire or elec-
tric shock.
• The battery charger is not intended for unattended use by children and the elderly.
• The charger should be inaccessible to children during storage and charging.
• Disconnect the charger completely from the power supply before carrying out any
maintenance or cleaning.
• If the operating time of the device has become significantly shorter, stop using it im-
mediately and have it checked and repaired by a specialist. Otherwise, there is a risk of
overheating, burning, or even explosion.
• If you get battery acid in your eyes, rinse them immediately with clear water and seek
medical attention. You may lose your eyesight.
Additional information about the battery charger and module
• Never operate the device in ambient temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C.
• Do not store the unit and battery module in places where the ambient temperature can
reach 50°C or more.
