PROBLEM
The waste storage tank is
not full, but the machine
prompts you to empty it or
clean the coffee maker.
The coffee grinder works
but no coffee comes
out.
The coffee maker makes a
lot of noise.

In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of dangerous
substances in electric and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. The symbol with the
crossed dustbin shown on the package indicates that the product at the end of its service life shall be
collected as separate waste. Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must
be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic
equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one
basis. The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled,
treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible nega-
tive effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making
up the apparatus. Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative
sanctions according to the laws.
CAUSE
• The counter does not reset after
emptying the bwaste storage
binI need to clean the coffee
maker.
• If the coffee beans are wet
or have too much oil on the
surface, the powder distribution
channel will be blocked.
• It is normal for the coffee maker
to make noise during operation.
SOLUTION
• After cleaning the bwaste storage
bin and/or the coffee maker, always
wait about 3 seconds for the coun-
ter to reset to zero.
• Empty the bwaste storage bin and/
or clean the coffee maker when the
coffee maker is on.
• The counter will not be reset if the
bwaste storage bin is emptied and/
or the coffee maker is cleaned
when it is off.
1. Press and hold the bean empty
button and the single cup espres-
so button for 2 seconds at the
same time, the door will open and
their corresponding indicators
will flash.
2. Once the door is open, loosen the
ground coffee from the brewing
channel with the cleaning brush,
and then close the door when any
ground coffee falls out.
3. Then press and hold the bean
emptying and single cup espresso
buttons for 3 seconds, the corre-
sponding indicators will turn off
and the door will close.
• If the coffee maker starts making
a different type of noise that is not
normal, contact after-sales service.
