TO SERVE
Once the yogurt cooled down, it can be served with natural flavour or added the honey,
sugar to sweeten the yogurt or added the fruits toppings. Everyone can add their favourite
flavour to suit their individual taste.
OPERATION TIPS
After fermenting, if much odour is produced, it means the milk or another ingredient may be
polluted, the yogurt must be discarded. If the yogurt has a yellow and white luster, it means
the yogurt is perfect. If the operation time is too long, it will produce ramification (yellowy
liquid), the taste is very acetous, it is normal, the ramification can be separated and serve.
The ramification is rich of lactobacillus and vitamin B.
TO CARE AND CLEAN
Before cleaning or not using the yogurt maker, always unplug it.
Wash thoroughly the cover, glass bottles and bottle covers in warm, soapy water then rinse
and dry carefully.
Wipe the inside of yogurt maker with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in water or other liquids.
Do not clean plastic parts with a scouring agent. Use a solution of normal washing up liquid
and warm water to avoid scratches.
The glass bottles can be washed by dishwasher.
Disposal of old electrical appliances.
The European directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the
normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in
order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce
the impact on human health and the environment. The crossed out "wheeled bin"
symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you dispose of the
appliance, it must be separately collected. Consumers should contact their local
authority or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of their old
appliance.
