 The use of accessory attachments not recommended
by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
 Use the appliance on a level and stable work surface.
 Don‟t use the appliance outdoors.
 Save these instructions.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Check the voltage rating on the base corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
Remove any labels or stickers from appliance. Before first use or after periods of prolonged
storage, thoroughly wash cover, glass bottle and bottle cover in warm, soapy water then
rinse and dry carefully. Wipe the inside of yogurt maker with a damp cloth.
RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend several recipes;
 Recipe a: fresh milk or pasteurized milk+ refrigerant pure yogurt
 Recipe b: packaged milk without bacteria + refrigerant pure yogurt
 Recipe c: milk made from milk powder+ refrigerant pure yogurt
 Recipe d: soybean milk (boiled) + refrigerant pure yogurt
TIPS
If use the milk made from milk powder, it must be filtered, if use the soybean milk, it is
important that the soybean milk must be boiled. And they must be cooled to equal or less
than 40℃, either the milk made from milk powder or the soybean milk. Before using, it must
be checked quality guarantee period for all ingredients. If you use natural lactobacillus shall
meet the instruction on the package, the proportion of milk powder and water refer to the
package instruction.
TO USE
 Measure 1200ml (6 glass bottles) of market milk or fresh, pasteurized milk (it can be
either full cream, skimmed or low-fat milk).
 Add 200ml (1 bottle) pure yogurt into the milk (if using lactobacillus, the proportion of
lactobacillus and fresh milk is 1:500), mixing completely.
 Divide the mixture into 7 glass bottles. Fit the bottle covers onto the glass bottles. Place
the glass bottles into the yogurt maker and place the cover onto the base of yogurt
maker.
 Plug the yogurt maker into the wall socket.
 Turn the switch on, the indicator will go on.
 It will take about six hours to make yogurt for full cream milk. For skimmed milk will take
about eight hours. You must note the operation time. Once the yogurt is well, remove the
cover and place the glass bottles in the refrigerator to cool.
THE YOGURT MAKER SHOULD REMAIN PERFECTLY STILL DURING THE MATURING PROCESS.
DO NOT MOVE THE APPLIANCE OR REMOVE ANY GLASS BOTTLES AS THIS WILL AFFECT THE
FIRMNESS OF THE YOGURT.
