TROUBLESHOOTING
Switch off and remove the battery before any troubleshooting.
NOTE: The following chart lists problem symptoms, possible causes, and corrective
action if your garden product does not operate properly. If these do not identify and
correct the problem, contact our helpline at 800-541-7027.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
To secure the battery pack, make sure
the battery pack snaps into place.
Charge the battery pack.
Remove battery, check contacts and
reinstall the battery pack.
Press down the lock-off lever and hold
it, then press the trigger to turn on the
hedge trimmer.
Remove the battery pack from the tool.
Remove the obstruction carefully and
then reinsert the battery and restart
the tool.
Disconnect the hedge trimmer from the
power head. Reconnect them following
the section"5.31 CONNECT THE
HEDGE TRIMMER ATTACHMENT TO
THE POWER HEAD" in this manual.
Remove the hedge trimmer from the
material. The motor will begin to work
as soon as the load is removed.
Allow the battery pack or the trimmer
to cool down.

Lubricate the blades
Replace with a new blade or blade
support following the section "5.52

manual or contact the service center
for replacement.

service center for replacement.
Tighten the blade bolts. Using a 3mm
hex wrench (not included), turn the
bolt clockwise to tighten.
