To simmer foods, bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce heat to 250°F.
•
Use wooden, nylon or plastic utensils that are suitable for use on hot and non-stick surfaces.
•
Always use hot pads or oven mitts when handling hot skillet. Remember skillet takes several minutes
to cool down after use.
•
When removing lid from skillet, always tilt the lid away from you when lifting.
•
When food is fully cooked, set temperature to WARM setting to keep food at serving temperature.
•
To remove the variable temperature control, first unplug from wall outlet, then wrap your hand
around the variable temperature control and pull out.
Caution: Skillet surface may get very hot during use, always use heat resistant potholders, gloves,
kitchen mittens or protective gear to prevent burning yourself when handling this product.
