Cleaning and maintenance
Problem
No suction / no
water is collecting
in the dirty water
tank and/or there
is excessive noise
or high-pitched
sound.
Foam or soap
residue appears
inside the tanks
or on the floor
surface.
Storage
• Always unplug and clean the unit before storing it.
• Stow the power cord around the power cord storage hooks.
• Wind the hose around the unit and slot the large wash tool into
the storage holder along with the small brush as shown. The
self-cleaning nozzle can be stored inside the dirty water tank.
Possible Cause
• The dirty water tank
is full or incorrectly
installed.
• The hose is blocked.
• The wash tool is
blocked.
• The water inlet
pipe or float are
incorrectly fitted
and/or the foam
filter is dirty.
• Incorrect detergent
has been used.
• Too much detergent
has been used.

Solution
• Empty and clean the dirty water tank
(see the Cleaning and maintenance
section)
• Reinstall the dirty water tank.
• Check and flush through the hose
using the self-cleaning nozzle.
• Detach the wash tool and wash in
water to remove the blockage.
• Remove, clean and reinstall these
parts.
• Fully clean the tanks and refill with
warm water only. Flush the system
through using the self-cleaning tool.
• Remove some of the water solution
in the clean water tank and add fresh
water to dilute it.
• Use a spray bottle with clean water
to spray a small amount of water on
the floor surface and then clean the
area with the wash tool to remove the
detergent residue.
