5.3 - Removal of safety cover
1. Unscrew the screws.
2. Remove the cover.
5.4 - Refrigeration dimensions and connections
The units' circuit is pressurised (2 barg dry air).
• For the overall dimensions, position and connection
dimensions, refer to Fig. 4-5-6 and relative tables.
• Weld the piping to the condenser.
5.5 - Factory installed fan operation controller
(Fig. 14-18)
Fan operation is monitored so as to control the condensing
pressure. This is done using the Variex continuous fan speed
controller. This is a factory installed device, the controller arrives
already installed, cabled and set by the manufacturer Vertiv. The
system is a stand alone condensing pressure controller, which
control the pressure at the outlet side (liquide side) of condenser
and it is especially designed to work with R410A refrigerant and
with digital scroll single circuit.

C- D) Keeping the unit lifted, reinstall the legs just disassembled
in the correct position for vertical airflow.

possibility to change the condensing pressure set point from
an higher value (default value = 23.4 barg) to a lower value
(optional value = 20.2 barg) and viceversa.
Note: This set point option is possible only with indoor unit
having EEV valve.
5.6 - Anti-dust filter installation (Fig. 23)
The unit is preset for the installation of anti-dust filters.
Anti-dust filter is not supplied by the manufacturer.
5.7 - Electrical connections (Tab. 2)
First ensure that all components are undamaged, all terminal
screws are tight and the supply voltage/frequency is correct. For
further information see Tab. 2.
Liebert HCR condensers are 230V/1ph/50Hz + E power supplied.
