Placing the sieves
Start placing the sieve (01) on the curved side [Fig. 11]. Open the cover and place the sieve so that its
curvature rests completely on the internal guides to the machine body [Fig. 12].
One of the ends of the sieve must rest on the end shock absorber [Fig. 13] and the other will be pressed
by the equipment's closing cover, thus allowing the sieve to settle. Finally, close the cover.

Never turn on the equipment with the cover open. Do not change sieves with the equipment
turned on.
Adjusting the grain funnel outlet
Place the grains in the funnel to begin the shredding process.
After grinding, the final product is expelled through the bottom
of the equipment.
Release the knob (02) located on the lateral of the funnel. With
the adjustment plate (03) loose, move it upwards if you need a
larger opening or downwards if you need a smaller opening. After
adjustment, tighten the knob (02), [Fig. 14].
Be careful not to overload the engine. Adjust the grain inlet plate so that only the material
that it can shred, according to the type of sieve chosen, enters the shredder. Overloading
the engine causes damage not covered by the warranty.
Grass – operate with green products
Remove the sieve from inside the equipment body before
introducing any material into the green product chute (04) [Fig. 15].
Place the smooth sieve inside the equipment and remove the
internal cover (05) from the lateral outlet [Fig. 15].
Place the products for grinding in the green products chute,
where they are sent to be processed.
The material will exit through the top of the shredder.
When the shredder is in the working condition, do not put your hand into the green product
chute or through the material outlets.
