Troubleshooting
Q1: Unstable

Solution: Make sure the product is placed on a flat surface and there are no small objects under it. If

necessary, rotate the plastic plugs on both sides of the rear legs of the frame until the equipment is
stable again.
Q2: The handlebars are shaking
Ÿ
Solution: Make sure all the screws are tightened. If not, tighten them with tools.
Ÿ
Q3: The display is not working
Ÿ
Solution: Make sure the batteries are alive. Also, check the cable to make sure it is connected
Ÿ
properly.
Q4: Abnormal noise
Ÿ
Solution: Make sure that both the pedals and handlebars are tightened. If not, tighten the screws
Ÿ
with tools.
