Notes
• The direction in which to read the con-
trol display (6) is from bottom to top.
• If the charger (5) is connected to the
power outlet and no battery (4) is inser-
ted, all LEDs will light up permanently.

NOTICE! Risk of injury from electric shock.
Only charge the battery in dry areas. The
external surface of the battery must be
clean and dry before being connected to
the charger.
Notes
• If warm, allow the battery to cool be-
fore charging.
Procedure
1. If necessary, remove the battery (4)
from the cordless device.
2. Slide the battery (4) into the charging
slot (7) of the charger (5).
3. Plug the charger (5) into an power out-
let.
4. Once charging is complete, disconnect
the charger (5) from the mains supply.
5. Pull the battery (4) charging slot out
(7).

• If the operating time is considerably
shortened despite charging, this
shows that the battery is depleted and
must be replaced. Only use an ori-
ginal replacement battery from the
series X 20 V TEAM, which you
can purchase from the online shop
(see the Spare parts and accessories,
p. 23).

instructions carried out by our Service
Centre. Only use original replacement
parts.

a paintbrush. Do not use water or metal
objects.
