ATTENTION! If the LED does not light up or stays on, make sure the batteries are inserted properly
and the device is reset correctly. Incorrect installation of batteries may cause permanent damage
to the outdoor sensor.
ATTENTION! Alkaline batteries are suitable for most climates, but 1.5V lithium batteries are
recommended in cold climates. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended due to their low
voltage, instability over a wide temperature range, and short service life, which results in poor
signal reception.
Mounting the assembled multisensor
Attach the multisensor to the prepared 2.5−5.0cm diameter pipe using U-bolts and a bracket.
Align the multisensor in the West direction by rotating it on the mounting pipe. The WEST arrow, located at
the top of the multisensor next to the antenna (7), should point due west. Use a compass for fine adjustments.
Once oriented correctly, tighten the bolts.
ATTENTION! Check with the bubble level (5), to ensure the multisensor is set up horizontally. The
bubble must be completely inside the red circle, otherwise the wind direction and speed, as well
as the amount of precipitation may be measured inaccurately. If the bubble is close to the center
of the circle, but not completely inside it, and you cannot adjust the mounting pipe, you can place
small wood or heavy cardboard wedges between the sensor and the top of the mounting pole to
achieve the desired result (this will require loosening the bolts and some experimentation).
