Adjusting the support feet
The equipment is equipped with adjustable support feet�
If the equipment feels unstable, wobbly, or not levelled well, these
support feet can be adjusted to make the required corrections�
- Turn the support feet in/ out as required to put the equipment in a
stable and as well possible levelled position�
- Tighten the locknut's* to lock the support feet�
NOTE
• The equipment is most stable when it is as low to the floor as
possible� Therefore, start to level the equipment by turning all
support feet fully in, before turning out the required support feet
to stabilize and level the equipment�

Adjusting the horizontal seat position
The horizontal seat position can be adjusted by setting the seat to
the required position� (Fig� E-2)
- Loosen the seat rail by turning the quick release lever in clock wise
direction�
- Move the seat to the required position�
- Tighten the seat rail by turning the quick release lever in clock wise
direction�
NOTE
• The quick release lever is spring loaded� To reset the lever
position you can pull the lever down, reposition it, and release it
again�
Adjusting the vertical seat position
The vertical seat position can be adjusted by setting the seat tube to
the required position� (Fig� E-2)
With the leg almost straight, the arch of the foot must touch the
pedal at its lowermost point�
- Loosen the seat tube adjustment knob�
- Move the seat tube to the required position�
- Tighten the seat tube adjustment knob�
Adjusting the horizontal handlebar position
The horizontal handlebar position can be adjusted by setting the
further or closer to the user to set it into the required position� (Fig�
E-2)
- Loosen the handlebar fixture frame by turning the quick release
lever in clock wise direction�
- Move the handlebar fixture frame to the required position�
- Tighten the handlebar fixture frame by turning the quick release
lever in clock wise direction�
NOTE
• The quick release lever is spring loaded� To reset the lever
position you can pull the lever down, reposition it, and release it
again�
Adjusting the handlebar height
The handlebar height can be adjusted to user height preference to
get the best height and the exercise position of the user� (Fig� E-2)
- Support the handlebar before loosen the handlebar adjustment
knob, loosen the knob by turning it 2 full rotations counter
clockwise, and pull out the spring loaded knob�
- Hold the spring loaded knob pulled out and move the handlebar
to the required position�
- When required height is found, release the spring loaded knob,
and move the handlebar slightly up/ down to assure the spring
loaded knob find the closed fixture position�
- Tighten the handlebar adjustment knob firmly by turning it in
clockwise direction�
Adjusting resistance (Fig� G-1)
The resistance can be adjusted to intensify or ease the workout �
- Pull the resistance lever up to reduce the tension level�
The tension level is displayed on the console�
- Push the resistance lever down to increase the tension level�
The tension level is displayed on the console�
NOTE
• The tension adjust lever is also used as an emergency break,
so when pushing the lever over the maximum tension level, the
friction pad of the emergency break will be activated�
Emergency break knob (Fig� G-2)
To activate the emergency brake, press down on the brake tension
lever fully and with pressure�

Attaching Cleats to Your Shoes:
If you have questions it is recommended that you consult a bicycle
dealer for assistance, or refer to your shoe manufacturer's instructions�
When fixing the cleat the lateral center line should be under the
center of the ball of the foot� Adjust forward and backward via the
slots in the shoe sole� Adjust laterally via play between cleat washer
and cleat� Tighten cleats very firmly� Cleat position can be fine-tuned,
according to personal preference, after trial use� It may take time to
find your optimum cleat set-up�
Toe Clips:
All standard toe clips can be attached to the pedals� Use fixing
hardware and installation instructions supplied with toe clips and
ensure the attachment screws are firmly tightened before use�
To Use Pedals:
Engage cleated shoes in pedals by placing cleat between bindings
while pushing down�
Disengage by twisting heel outwards away from exercise bike�
Binding tension is adjustable and should be set so that cleat and
shoe do not disengage when pedaling� Use an Allen key to turn
tension adjusting screws, clockwise to increase binding tension,
counterclockwise to decrease binding tension�
