CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION! Never submerge the device in water or rinse it under running water
1. Wipe off any deposits from the steam soleplate (2) using a damp cloth and a non-abrasive liquid
cleaner.
CAUTION! To keep the surface of the foot unscratched, the device should not be placed near any
metal objects. Do not use scourers, vinegar or other chemicals to clean the foot.
2. Wipe the housing of the device with a damp cloth.
3. Regularly rinse the tank with water (6) and empty it after rinsing.
STORAGE
1. Turn off the device using the switch (3) and remove the plug from the mains socket.
2. Empty the water tank (6).
3. Wait for the device to cool down. Securely wrap the power cord around the device.
4. Always store the empty device in an upright position on a stable surface.
5. Do not place the device near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
6. Always make sure that the steam outlets are clean and free of debris.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The steamer will not heat up
The steamer will not generate steam
Water is leaking from the tank
There is a loud buzzing or pumping noise coming
from the steamer
Wrinkles cannot be easily removed with a steamer

Possible solution
Check if the power cord plug is properly connected.
Check if power is available.
Check the switch.
Check the water level and the correct closure of the water filler cap.
Press the steam trigger harder.
Hold the steamer upright.
Check that the water level is not too high - just under the cap.
Check that the water filler cap is closed properly.
Check the water level, if it is low or if there is no water at all, fill the tank.
For best ironing results, hold the steamer upright and straighten the fabric
by pulling downwards.
A brush for thicker fabrics should be used if the steam comes into direct
contact with the fabric being ironed.
For ironing delicate fabrics, e.g. silk, to reduce the risk of water dripping
onto the garment during ironing.
Do not stop the steamer directly over metal parts on the garment.
Be cautious around such items.
