Disconnect battery pack from tool before making any assembly, adjustments
or changing accessories. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the tool accidentally.
LED Work Light
(Fig. 1)
Your tool is equipped with an LED Work Light
16 for better visibility during operation. The
LED work light turns on automatically when the
switch is activated.
Speed Dial
(Fig. 1)
The speed of your tool can be adjusted based on
the type of blade you are using and the material
you are cutting. Refer to tables below. Turn the
Speed Dial 15 to desired setting.

LockOff Button
(Fig. 11, 12)
The LockOff Button is designed to prevent ac-
cidental starts. To operate switch, press the
LockOff Button 1 with your thumb to the unlock
symbol
. To lock the switch, press the LockOff
Button 1 to the lock symbol .

Variable Speed Trigger Switch
When starting the tool, hold
it with both hands. The torque
from the motor can cause the tool to twist.
(Fig. 11, 12)
To turn the tool ON, first unlocked the Variable
Speed Trigger Switch 2 by pushing the LockOff
Button 1 (Fig. 11). Then squeeze the variable
speed trigger switch. Increase or decrease pres-
sure on the variable speed trigger to vary the
speed. The further the trigger is depressed, the
greater the speed.
To turn the tool OFF, release the Variable Speed
Trigger Switch 2, which is spring loaded and will
return to the off position automatically. To lock
the Variable Speed Trigger Switch 2, push the
LockOff Button 1 (Fig. 12).
