Functions of the caller ID system
You must have caller ID activated by your
telephone provider before you can use this
feature.
Call display – The red light on the telephone
will flash to indicate that you have received
new calls. The light will continue to flash un-
til you have viewed all new calls.
Viewing recorded calls – Press "↑" or "↓" to
scroll between the entries in the caller list. If
a number has more than 13 digits, an arrow
will appear at the bottom right of the display.
Press "↑" or "↓" to see the remaining digits.
Storing recorded calls – Your telephone
will automatically store up to 50 calls. If the
memory is full, the oldest call will automati-
cally be deleted from the list. You can in-
crease the memory by deleting old calls.
Deleting individual or all numbers re-
corded
Delete an individual call:
1. Press "↑" or "↓" to select the entry that you
want to delete. The receiver has to be on
the hook.
2. Now press the

Delete all calls recorded:
1. Press the

Using the call back function
Note: The call back function will not work if a
number is suppressed or not available.
A. Calling back a number already dialed:
The telephone stores the 15 numbers called
most frequently.
1. Press
hook. The last number called will appear
in the display.
2. Press "↑" or "↓" to scroll through the caller
list until you find the number you are
looking for.
3. Now pick up the receiver or press
dial the number.
B. Calling back a recorded number:
The telephone stores the call numbers of 50
incoming calls
Option 1:
1. Pick up the receiver or press
the dial tone.
2. Press "↑" or "↓" to scroll through the caller
list until you find the number you are
looking for.
3. Press "OK/MENU" to dial the desired
number.
Option 2:
1. With the receiver on the hook, press "↑"
or "↓" to page through the caller list until
you find the number you are looking for.
2. Now lift the receiver or press
