BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove all packaging materials or protective films from the
appliance. Retain the packaging, so that you can store the
appliance safely.
• Before using the appliance, check that it is free of damage; check
also that the power cable and plug as well as all accessories and
appliance parts are undamaged.
• Clean all components carefully before using the appliance for the
first time (see "Cleaning and Maintenance") and check that all
accessories are complete and the unit is not damaged.

accessible, so that it can be quickly withdrawn in the event
of danger.
• That the blender it is placed on a stable flat loaction and not
liable to slip, and so that the sucker feet can attach firmly and
cannot tip over due to vibration.
• Ensure that the mains cable is not in the working area and thus
does not present a risk of being inadvertently snagged and
tipping the appliance over.
USING YOUR BLENDER
Ensure the control dial is set to "0" Position before you plug the

blender into power outlet.
Once all pieces of the Jug assembly have been cleaned and dry
•
thoroughly, reassemble the jug.
Invert the jug on a level surface.
•
Hold the jug handle, insert the blade assembly into the jug's
•
base, and twist it clockwise to secure it tightly.
Reposition the jar assembly with its opening upwards. Wrap
•
the lid seal ring around the lid bottom and fit the lid to the
jug. Fit the measure cup into the lid by slotting the small
projections into the slots in the the lid and twisting them
clockwise until tight.
