Display Console Button Functions
MODE
Press: switch between modes (normal, maximum, minimum, high threshold view mode, low threshold view
mode, MAC address view mode).
Hold: enter setup mode.
TEMP/+ (Temperature/+)
Press in battery mode: display outside temperature, wind chill index, dew point, temperature and humidity
index.
Press in AC adapter operation mode: display outdoor temperature, wind chill index, dew point, temperature
and humidity index, 8-channel temperature and humidity (optional), circular display mode.
Hold: search for sensor manually.
WIND/−
Press: view average wind speed/gusts.
Hold: wind direction (displayed in degrees or letters).
RAIN/PRE (Rain/Pressure)
Press in RAIN mode: view precipitation intensity, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, annual.
Press in PRE mode: view absolute and relative pressure.
Hold: switch between RAIN/PRE modes.
LIGHT (Backlight)
Press: adjust the LCD backlight brightness (high/medium/off). Only available in USB power mode.
Press in setup mode: exit setup mode.
Hold: activate Wi-Fi (only in battery mode).
TEMP+RAIN/PRE (Temperature+Rain/Pressure)
Hold for 4 seconds: activate the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) function to set up Wi-Fi.
MODE+LIGHT
Hold for 5 seconds: reset to factory settings.
Setup mode
ATTENTION! Daylight saving time and time zone settings can only be programmed through
the WS View Plus app. You must set your time zone information correctly if your console
is connected to the Internet, otherwise your console will sync to its default settings.
Press and hold MODE for 2 seconds to enter setup mode. To advance to the next setting, press MODE.
To exit setup mode, press LIGHT.
Basic settings are performed in the following order:
• Button sound
Holding MODE for 2 seconds selects the button sound section (the symbols in the ON/OFF section begin
to flash).
Pressing TEMP/+ or WIND/− selects ON or OFF.
BEEP ON: beeps every time you press.
BEEP OFF: disables the button sounds.
• Resetting max/min values
Pressing MODE switches to the max/min values reset section. Pressing TEMP/+ or WIND/− selects ON/OFF.
In ON mode, the reset occurs at 00:00 every day, in OFF mode, you must reset the settings manually.
