5 Care Instructions
The orthosis is water resistant and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and
neutral soap. The pads are removable and can be cleaned with (hand-hot)
water and soap if needed. Resp. due to strong wearout the pads can be
replaced.
The Hyperextension Orthosis can be cleaned by a suitable surface
disinfection agent (e. g. Bacillol

6 Use
The product requires qualified, individual adjustment to the patient,
according to indication. Adjustment must be done by qualified personnel.
6.1 Use Restrictions
Due to the adjustment and for hygienic reasons, please note that the product
must only be used by the patient the product has been prescribed for.
The product must not be passed to anyone else.
6.2 Useful Life
The duration of use of the present medical device is determined by the attending
physician. The period of use depends on the intended use and the materials used.
Please note that your medical device is subject to natural wear and tear.
Please contact your physician or orthopaedic technician if the usability of the
medical device is no longer given.
