-
Clean the portafilter and the stainless-steel filter under running water.
Cleaning mineral deposits

Clean the mineral deposits every 2-3 months to ensure that the coffee machine operates
properly, that the internal piping is clean, and that coffee flavour is good.
-
Fill the tank with water and descaling liquid up to the "MAX" level (the proportion of water

to the main body as indicated in previous sections. Place a jug under the filter holder. Make
sure the steam knob is in the off position.

Press the preheating-function button and wait until the light indicator stops blinking.
Then, press the coffee button and dispense about 500 ml (20 fl. oz.) of liquid. Press the
coffee button again to stop and wait for 5 seconds.

Press the steam button and wait until the light indicator stops blinking. Turn the steam
knob counterclockwise to release steam for 2 minutes. Then, turn the steam knob to the
off position and press the steam button again to stop. Allow the coffee machine to cool
down for 15 minutes.
-
Restart the coffee machine and repeat steps 4 and 5 at least 3 times.
