UNPACKING
This product requires assembly.
Carefully remove the product and any accessories from
the box. Make sure that all items listed in the Loose Parts
List are included.
WARNING:
Do not use this product if any parts on the Loose Parts
List are already assembled to your product when you
unpack it. Parts on this list are not assembled to the
product by the manufacturer and require customer instal-
lation. Use of a product that may have been improperly
assembled could result in serious personal injury.
Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage
or damage occurred during shipping.
Do not discard the packing material until you have care-
fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the product.
If any parts are damaged or missing, please call
1-800-525-2579 for assistance.
WARNING:
If any parts are damaged or missing do not operate this
product until the parts are replaced. Use of this product
with damaged or missing parts could result in serious
personal injury.
WARNING:
Do not attempt to modify this product or create acces-
sories not recommended for use with this product. Any
such alteration or modification is misuse and could result
in a hazardous condition leading to possible serious
personal injury.
WARNING:
Do not connect to power supply until assembly is com-
plete. Failure to comply could result in accidental starting
and possible serious personal injury.
TOOLS NEEDED
See Figure 2, page 9.
The following tools (not included) are needed for assembly:
Adjustable wrench
Socket - (3) 17mm (x2), 13mm, and 8mm
Phillips screwdriver.
ASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Be careful to avoid pinching your fingers or hands when
installing all the sections of the frame.
NOTE: SCAN THE QR CODE ON THE FRONT COVER OF
THE OPERATOR'S MANUAL TO VIEW THE VIDEO ON
HOW TO ASSEMBLE.
ATTACHING THE HANDLE
See Figure 4, page 11.
Use hardware bag #2.
With the workstation out of box and the packaging re-
moved, place the tabletop face down on a flat surface.
Be sure it is a clean non-marring surface.
Locate the edge of the workstation (Sticker Label A) with
the attachment bracket at the front of the tabletop.
Insert handle (Sticker Label D) into frame as shown.
Align the holes in the handle with the holes in the frame.
Insert the bolt through the holes in the handle and the
frame.
Place a nut onto the bolt and tighten.
Use a phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench to
tighten securely.
Repeat on the other side.
ALIGNING THE SKID FRAME TO THE TABLE
FRAME
See Figure 5, page 11.
Locate the edge of the workstation (Sticker Label A) with
the attachment bracket at the front of the tabletop.
The tabletop frame tubing on the front edge of the table-
top attaches to the skid frame. (Sticker Label B)
Insert the skid frame into the table frame tubing.
The rubber feet on the skid frame should be facing up.
NOTE: Do not install any hardware at this time. Hard-
ware will be installed once all the pieces of the frame
are aligned.
