CAUTION:
Be careful to avoid pinching your fingers or hands when
installing all the sections of the frame.
ATTACHING THE WHEEL FRAME TO THE
TABLE FRAME
See Figure 6, page 12.
Use hardware bag #1.
Locate the wheel frame (Sticker Label C).
The tabletop frame tubing on the rear edge of the work-
station (Sticker Label A) attaches to the wheel frame.
Place the wheel frame in between the two sections of the
table frame assembly.
The release lever with the Lock Icon should be facing up.
Align the hole at the top of the wheel frame with the hole
on the inner table frame tubing.
Two spacers are used in between the tubing. The spac-
ers curved edges face outward and align with the curve
of the tubing.
Stack two spacers with curved edges facing the tubing
and slide along the tubing to fit between.
NOTE: The spacers will need to be pushed into the space
between the tubes with some force.
Insert the bolt through the holes in the wheel frame, the
two spacers and the table frame.
Place a nut onto the bolt and hand tighten.
Repeat on the other side.
FINISHING THE FRAME ASSEMBLY
See Figure 7, page 12.
Use hardware bag #1.
Carefully raise the table frame assembly pieces to align
the holes on the outer section of the table frame assembly
and the wheel frame.
Use a bolt on one side to pin the lifted pieces in the proper
alignment so that the remaining hardware can be installed.
NOTE: The release lever must be disengaged and free
to complete this step.
NOTE Do not add the spacers on the pinned side. They
will be installed later.
On the opposite side, stack two spacers with curved
edges facing the tubing and slide along the tubing to fit
between.
ASSEMBLY
NOTE: The spacers will need to be pushed into the space
between the tubes with some force.
Insert the bolt through the holes in the in the table frame,
the two spacers and the wheel frame.
Place a nut onto the bolt and hand tighten.
Carefully remove the bolt used as a pin.
Stack two spacers with curved edges facing the tubing
and slide along the tubing to fit between.
NOTE: The spacers will need to be pushed into the space
between the tubes with some force.
NOTE: Some slight adjustments may be needed to align
the tubing, spacer and bolt.
Insert the bolt through the holes in the in the table frame,
the two spacers and the wheel frame.
Place a nut onto the bolt and hand tighten.
Use a phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench to
tighten securely.
All four connection points that were previously hand
tightened should be tightened securely.
NOTE: All hardware including spacers from bag #1 should
be installed.
INSTALLING THE WHEELS
See Figure 8, page 13.
Wheels are provided to assist in moving the workstation to
the desired location.
Use hardware bag #2.
Slide axle bolt through the wheel, washer, and then
through the holes in the wheel frame.
NOTE: The washer is in between the wheel and the frame.
Place a nut onto the bolt and tighten.
Use a socket and adjustable wrench to tighten securely.
Repeat the process on the other side to install the sec-
ond wheel.
NOTE: Wheels should spin freely when installed. If they do
not, loosen half a turn on the bolt.
INSTALLING THE SKID PLATE
See Figure 9, page 13.
The skid plate is provided to assist in carrying objects with
the workstation in cart mode.
NOTE: The workstation must be rotated so that the tabletop
is facing up. It should rest on the wheels and the handle in
a low folded position. Ensure that the release lever is in the
