Preparing the base for installation
1.
Outside the car: lift the base and let the floor support drop down.

When using a Go Beyond infant seat on the base: Put the front brace into
most upright position. (1)

When using with a Beyond toddler seat (purely rear facing seat) on the
base: Decide with how much leg space you want to install the base by
adjusting the position of the front brace. (2)

When using with a Beyond 360 toddler seat (rear and forward facing
seat) on the base: For rear facing usage, decide with how much leg
space you want to install the base by adjusting the position of the front
brace. For forward facing use, adjust the front brace to always be in the
most upright/compact position. (2, 3)
5.
To adjust the front brace, pull the front brace handle up and rotate the
front brace up or down and let it click into place. (4)
