OVEN INSTRUCTIONS
The following considerations must be taken into account for the correct operation of the oven:
- The oven needs a warm-up period of approximately one hour, during this hour the woodstove
must be at full load. We ignite the stove with fine, dry wood splinters. During the one hour
heating period, at least two reloads of approximately 2 kg of wood should be made, keeping
the air inlet regulation open to the maximum.
- Once the heating is finished, we can place the food in the oven, during the cooking process
we must maintain an operating regime at nominal power, it is recommended to reload the
wood every 30-40 minutes using two logs of approximately 2 kg of mass and keeping the air
inlet at maximum.
- It is very important to keep the oven door closed to avoid a sudden loss of temperature. If
it is necessary to open the door for any operation, remember to do it in the shortest possible
time.
