Set-up dimensions
Caution: Ensure at all times that the rear ventilation openings around the top cover are not
obstructed.
Reversible door
If required, the door may be reversed, i.e. from right-hinged (default installation) to left-hinged.
For this purpose, additional covering caps are included.
To avoid the risk of personal injury or damage to the unit, two people are needed to reverse the door.
Warning: Always disconnect the unit from the mains before any maintenance or repair work is
carried out.
Before you get started, please note the following:
Always ensure that the correct number of washers is used on all hinge bolts and screws.
So that the doors can close tightly against the frame, take the utmost care that they are properly
aligned during re-assembly.
Remove the covering panel (15) from below the freezer compartment door (9) by pulling it off
to the front.
Remove the two screws (12) and take off the hinge bracket (13) together with the plastic plate
(10) and the covering panel holder (14). Note the washer (11) on the hinge pin. Caution:
Support the door.
Take off the freezer compartment door (9).
Unscrew the support bracket (16) and the covering panel holder. Turn the panel holder through
180° and replace it, together with the support bracket, on the other side of the unit.
Remove the fixing screws (7) of the centre hinge bracket (6) and take off the centre bracket (6)
together with the plastic plate (5). Note the washers (8) on the screws and the hinge pin.
Caution: Support the door.
Take off the refrigerator door (4).
Remove the covering caps (20) from the partition between the refrigerator and freezer and
The heated air around the rear of the
unit must be able to circulate freely.
Therefore, ensure that the air
circulation behind the unit is not
obstructed.
