6. SmartChuck
This new mechanism (K) allows to change the stirring shaft with one hand.

When instrument is off, hold the stirring shaft with one hand.

From work position
 The main screen displays "Open".

Pull Locking Ring down

Open the chuck.

Remove the shaft.

Introduce a new stirring shaft and place it in the operating position.

Ensure the stirring shaft is as central as possible. Then close the chuck.

Push Locking Ring up
 "Open" disappears from the display and OHS is ready to be used.

7. Error messages

When the display shows an error message, the stirring function stops automatically.
Error code Cause
Motor doesn't start stirring
AL1
AL2 High internal motor temperature
AL3 Motor overload
AL4 High driver temperature
AL5 Safety relè fault
To remove the error message, disconnect the instrument from the power supply.
If alarm persists on the display, please contact VELP Scientifica's technical service department.
8. Maintenane

No routine or extraordinary maintenance is necessary.

Repairs must be carried out by authorized Velp personnel only.

Instrument must be transported in its original packaging any indications present on the original packaging must
be followed (e.g. palletized).

Disconnect the unit from the power supply and use a cloth dampened with a non-flammable non-aggressive
Cleaning
detergent.
